Office Location

Coldwell Banker United is located between Exit 28 and Exit 25 from I-77, at the corner of West Catawba Avenue and Nantz Road.

From Exit 25 go west on Sam Furr Rd. towards the lake and turn right onto West Catawba Ave (see the CVS drug store on the left at the traffic light where you will be making this right). We will be on your left side between Westmoreland Road and Jetton Road.

From exit 28, past Jetton Road, our office will be on your right. It is a 2 story brick building that the Bank of Granite shares with us.

Our service area includes all of the Lake Norman Region (Troutman, Mooresville, Denver, Terrell, Sherrills Ford, Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville); the Charlotte Metro area; the University area; and greater Cabarrus County (Kannapolis, Concord, Harrisburg).
